The Process is aided by a client centric Data Gathering Wizard which returns a base financial plan in the Client Profile.
The process starts with creating the clients current plan in the Client Profile module. This page contains all the Net-Worth, Cash-Flow and Client Goals needed to create a quality comprehensive plan quickly.
Once the data needed for the clients current plan has been created, advisors can create unlimited analyses in the Scenarios module, including a Recommended Plan. Advisors can Dive deeper into their clients dreams and tackle hard questions like never before.
Once an Advisor has created a Scenario they'd like to use with their client, they mark it as "Shared" to then use in the Suggested Actions module. This page is just as useful and easy to understand for any client of any age or social demographic.
Everything you could want and nothing you don't. Details change dynamically and are accessible at a snap for any scenario.
The Workshop starts as a whiteboard to facilitate discussion on the fly during the plan presentation. The advisor can turn on the workshop in the client portal for deeper engagement as well as control the level of access their clients have.

Once one of your recommendations has been agreed upon, you can click on "Adopt Action" to remove it from the list of Suggested Actions and apply it to the plan automatically. This is the beginning of Plan Implementation that will evolve into actual product acquisition someday.
Whether you are sharing parts of the planning process with the client, co-client, another plan participant, or a third-party professional, or the entire plan, you control what they see and what they can do with what they see. There has never been a more empowering or easy way to collaborate with client and prospects.
Who added or changed what and when? Keep a history of the entire planning process, from account invite to plan creation to the actual implementation of recommendations.
In the Plan Settings Module, advisors can match themes, graphics and button colors to their firms website.
Additionally, advisors can customize the experience for each client (if they want) right down to the metrics used in each experience.
